So you’re having a baby?! Super exciting and yet, there are lots of other emotions that may accompany the thought of and the actual labor and delivery. And for every woman, this experience is unique. Of course, there are certain commonalities—women deliver at home, a birth center or a hospital. Some women have their water break prior to the start of labor, some do not. Others have long labors, while some Moms-to-be have super fast labors. For some, labor is very tough, for others, they breeze right through.

As Moms ourselves, we certainly know the beauty, joy and appreciation of this very special task. We also know the struggles, frustrations and exhaustion that can accompany the arrival of your baby. Here are affirmations to keep in your heart or even to print on pretty paper — for the easy-peasy + not-so-easy moments and everything in between. You can speak these out loud or say silently in your heart, as often as you need to.
